Facilities Coordinator

Summary

eClerx is hiring a Facilities Coordinator to maintain efficient and smooth operation of the physical jobsite. In this role, you will maintain a clean, secure and well-functioning work environment. The candidate should be well organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks. 

Responsibilities

  • Supervising teams of staff, including cleaning, maintenance, and security personnel
  • Coordinating mass moves and ensuring seamless transitions
  • Overseeing facility maintenance to ensure all basic amenities are well-maintained
  • Managing contracts with external vendors and service providers
  • Performing minor repairs and addressing facility-related issues promptly

Eligibility Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • OSHA Certified preferred
